I havent gotten a single request to help anyone. I can see a lot more people signed up. Its a great idea but nothing happens. Also the numbers of how many people have signed up or have been helped only shows the first number and then a series of dots.

I hate this app, not recommended for any sighted person, apparently made for blind people only.

How does this app even work? Once you sign-up you are exposed to one page which simply states your name, how many people you have helped and how many points you have. No indication on what the points for. It says I have 150 points till next level, but no explanation about what that means. I have received no notifications about actually helping anyone. Theres no description on how or why the point system is in place. Im confused. Theres no indication anywhere of me actually helping anyone.

I really want to try this but it keeps crashing

I am sighted and Ive had the privilege of helping 2 people now. Thank you for your brilliance in conceptualizing and implementing a truly useful app.

Once I give access to camera, voice, and notifications, nothing happens and I get stuck in that screen

I have retinitis pigmentosa. The app asks if Im blind or sighted... Well I was hoping to be the helper in daylight and the helped when its dark...

People complaining about not getting any notifications to help people need to actually read the description. There is a HUGE amount of sighted people compared to blind people. There just isnt a constant demand for help. The fact that youre willing to help is great! But the app isnt about satisfying your need to help, its about helping someone who is blind. If youre desperate to help there are many associations for the blind who regularly look for volunteers - try that!

After about 2-3 weeks of having this on my phone, I got about 4 calls, mostly got disconnected or didnt connect at all, one call was from a person who was asking for money and not help with seeing!

Waste of time/space app. Terrible idea. Have been signed up for 4 months and all its done is taken up space. Thanks for nothing

This app is one of the best uses I have made out of a smart phone. I am sighted and helping others is so easy and rewarding.

I use it a few times a month for ordinary household things, and have always had a great experience. I only wish it would connect to the server faster, since sometimes it can take 10 minutes to find a helper. All in all a really brilliant app, though!

This is there perfect app for those who enjoy helping people! I signed up early on and although I dont get many calls it is satisfying when you know you have been of assistance to someone !

I have had the app for over a year now, I speak 4 languages and I did all of the things I could to get points without a call. I have still yet to receive a call. All this app does is take up space. Would not recommend.

This app was fantastic I did try it for the first time a few weeks ago and could not connect to anybody and I waited for over one hour. I just tried it today and got through right away the girl on the other end was very helpful and this app makes life a lot easier for somebody who is visually impaired

A great way to connects those of us who need help and those of you who are willing to help but not sure how. Definitely worth a download!

So far Ive had about 6 calls with 4 connections. 2 of them went very smoothly, both of them Japanese. The other 2 were American. One was a lady trying out the app to see how it worked. She was very nice. The other was some loser messing around. He told me his son was supposed to leave a can of Spaghetti-Os on the counter but there was nothing there. He asked me to check the cans in his pantry. The first 2 cans were pointing label out so I had no problem reading them. The 3rd and 4th were turned so I couldnt see what was written on them. Without my asking, he turned the cans so I could see them. I said to him "I dont mean to be rude, but how can you tell that the labels werent turned to the front?" I was honestly curious. Anyway, I asked him that then he and 2 or 3 girls in the background started laughing and he hung up on me. Im guessing they were going to see how many things Id read for them. The callers shouldnt be anonymous. I had no way to report him other than rating the call. Regardless, some abuse should be expected. Overall, I think this is a great service for people that really need it.

Wonderful app. I helped a very nice lady to catch bus no.20 to go shop for grocery.
